These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CalcFi at calcfi.app, operated by Autonomatica, a company registered in Estonia. By using CalcFi, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

CalcFi is a free web application that provides financial calculators for educational and informational purposes. Tools include (but are not limited to) mortgage calculators, compound interest calculators, FIRE number estimators, debt payoff planners, and tax bracket estimators.

2. Not Financial Advice

CalcFi is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or tax professional. Results from our calculators are estimates based on the inputs you provide and simplified mathematical models. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

3. Accuracy & No Warranty

While we strive for accuracy, CalcFi is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of calculator results
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the service
• That results reflect current tax laws, interest rates, or market conditions

Tax rates, contribution limits, and other financial figures change over time. Verify current figures with official sources before relying on them.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autonomatica and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CalcFi, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on calculator outputs.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CalcFi for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage the service
• Scrape or systematically extract data without permission
• Misrepresent CalcFi results as professional financial advice

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and trademarks on CalcFi are owned by Autonomatica or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

7. Free Service

CalcFi is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or change the pricing model in the future, with reasonable advance notice.

8. Privacy

Your use of CalcFi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of CalcFi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
